Because you want to change and that starts with your mind.

When do we take care of our mind? Our mind is the operating system for everything else in our life. Everything.

MEXS are a new and unique idea.  The creation of MEXS is to make it easier, accessible and affordable to everyone to make the changes they want. To learn new, easy habits to rewire your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Personal development and self-help are all too often out of reach for many people(e.g. travel, finance, accessibility). I learned that the hard way as I used credit cards, made uncomfortable travels and often found myself excluded by the physical layout to get to some venues. swapforjoy and MEXS aims to address all of that. Our founding principles are affordable, inclusive and accessible.
